Humphreys review is spot on...

The latest patch has made the game pretty much unplayable. The reasons Humphrey posted are spot on for ways the game has declined since the patch. In addition, the game freezes so frequently you either have to reload it constantly or accept you can barely play. Not able to progress through campaigns or anything else at this point. Major disappointment.
